Why choose H+ Jewelry:
We choose the accessories we want to sell very carefully. Either the quality or stylish sides. We also wearing our jewelry to test the quality [All jewelry sell to customer are Brand New].
We checked all the products before packing each order to make sure there is no defect or imperfect issue.
Most importantly, our retail price is about 20%-40% lower in the market comparing with other similar fashion brand. We just want to deliver your daily jewelry on a fair price.
Order Processing Time:
Successful orders will be dispatched within 1-2 Business Days [Usually in 24hrs], as quickly as we can. We will let you know if we are processing a large number of orders during the holiday season.
How can I track my order:
Each order will be provided a tracking number once it is dispatched, currently, all parcels will be delivered by AUS post.
All NSW orders will be delivered to you within about 1-3 days after being dispatched.
All other states' orders will be delivered to you within about 3-7 days after being dispatched.
Delivery Address:
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct and collected in a timely manner (if applicable). If you believe there is an error in the address entered, please contact us immediately after checkout, so that we can ensure the correct address is applied for shipping.
If the parcel is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact the customer with options for re-shipment at the customers expense.
If you think your parcel may be lost after delivery, please contact AUS Post first to lodge the enquire, they should be able to investigate the delivery details. However we are willing to assist for any further action, please note that sender dose not hold the responsibility for any transit or delivery parcel lost.
Delivery Delay:
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the courier and are outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays, however we will do our best to assist with any issues that arise. For items with tracking, you can track your order via the courier website [AUS Post Office].
Can I cancel my order if I changed my mind?
Unfortunately we do not accept cancelation once you place the order, thanks for your understanding.
Can I exchange or refund my order if the item was not what I want?
Unfortunately at this stage, refund is not avaliable for change of mind orders. Our products pictures are captured under nature sunlight and we try to put detailed and accurate infomation about size, length, colours, etc as much as we can, therefore to make sure you get the exactly what you see.

About our packing:
Our jewelry dose not come with individual box due to the concern of over-packing, we pack our product within the anti-oxidation zip bag come along with our H+ logo linen cotton jewelry pouch, whch is the best way we think to protect and store for your daily use.
All the products will also be well shippedto you within a eco-friendly kraft box and a compostable mailer.
Do you provide gift wrapping if I want to buy for friends or families as a special gift?
Feel free to contact us via hplus@h-plus.com.au, we are happy to provide gift wrapping for the jewelry purchased on our website, we will provide one time FREE gift wrapping for each customer only.

Care Instruction Tips:
All our gold products are plated with a thick layer of 14K-24k gold giving durable plating at an affordable price.
With the look of real gold, plated jewelry is a wonderful and affordable way to add a versatile choice to your jewel box.
To maintain the appearance, we strongly recommend avoid water when wearing your piece, wipe them with a soft cloth after wear; keep them in proper storage to prevent oxidation.
Order Packaging:
H + aims to provide Eco-friendly packaging by using less plastic and recycled source materials. We want our recycled package could also be kept or used for other purposes to optimise materials and energy.
We are not over-packaging, but we are trying to make individual orders specially packed to bring your joy.
